Dr. Darby is the Founder and CEO of Unity in the Community Nonprofit Inc. He is also a veteran Chaplain that served 8 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Captain.
Dr. Darby is a sociologist and Pastor with over decade of experience in ministry and nonprofit leadership. He has spent his career working with families and marginalized communities experiencing homelessness regionally and internationally.
Dr. Darby has a vision to expand housing services provided to veterans and families.

Taylor Stubblefield is the Manager of Individual Philanthropy for the United Nations World Food Program. She manages a 200 and growing portfolio of donors at the $10,000 and above threshold, who are passionate about ending global hunger.
Taylor holds years of fundraising experience in grant writing, relationship building, and developing restorative justice strategies to end intergenerational inequities nationally and internationally.
Some of her focus areas include: equity based philanthropy, food justice, homelessness, domestic violence and immigration rights.

Shaquita Darby is a Program Analyst with the federal government with 10 years of service. Shaquita specializes in program and project management for government financial programs.
Her expertise focuses on the evaluation of the effectiveness of government financial systems, programs and operations.
Shaquita Darby has worked with the country executive offices in Prince George’s County supporting elections and affordable housing initiatives sponsored by government offices of Maryland.
Shaquita Darby has served over 20 years in the United States Air Force as a senior non-commissioned officer.
