REAL ESTATE AGENT/Real Estate Assistance
We will assist individuals that desire to be a Licensed Real Estate Agent with the necessary training to get their state licence which will allow the student to perform a number of services associated with the real estate business, including selling, buying or listing any real estate for sale, leasing or renting any property or participating in the negotiations to sell, lease, rent
HVAC TRAINING
Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems are found in nearly all commercial, residential and industrial Buildings. These systems require skilled technicians for installation, diagnostics, repair and maintenance. – Students will attend PG Community College Program.
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
Provides a foundational understanding of how electricity works in homes, commercial and industrial settings. It includes hands-on electrical skills and courses.
PLUMBING
Plumbing is in high demand amongst housing professions. Plumbing adds comfort, convenience, and sanitation to our modern lives. Water supply is an essential requirement in all homes and buildings. Plumbers are trained in the installation of piping systems and fixing malfunctioning systems. They are specially trained to repair a range of piping systems including water, gas, waste, disposal etc. They perform their work in residential complexes, commercial buildings and public places. In addition, they are educated to install a variety of plumbing fixtures including sinks, bathtubs, toilets, showers, etc.
CERTIFIED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Students will take entry level courses to learn maintenance skills. Students will also learn about the functions of apartment business, electri, appliance maintenance and repair, HVAC, and plumbing. Students will leave the program prepared to conduct maintenance and repair of the interior and exterior of homes and properties.
